Many males forget the reason they have strong arms is to be able to hold and protect others. Up to a point, they needs of a loved one can be empowering. Have you ever be so low inside your body, that it was easier to push the words up to your shoulders to trickle down and out your fingertips than to push them all the way up to your tongue and mouth?
