laughs it's funny to me - I've thought that out for years, so to me it reads as contrived. I liked Vince's better.

Wow, good poem! It's a balance, giving everything but keeping yourself. The best times, in my experience, are with a loved friend. You both give in trust 100% - and end up with exponential results.

Grand Idea. I think some of the newer members don't know just how bad some of the older members were when the older member's started... If only reality were as easy as fantasy loving... You don't tend to write long poems, but you do tend to write poems to which I can relate or at least understand.

You realize of course, only the intelligent can suffer all the nuances of rainbow pain. Without the ability to perceive, there is a binary state - pain or no pain. When you're smart, you can be truly broken in so many ways - some of which are done inadvertantly by the unwitting who can't even see or understand why you've been hurt (because they wouldn't be). I think I like this incarnation best of those I've seen. I would quote some of the most striking lines, but I'd have to cut and paste much of the poem. I think you're getting deeper as a poet.
