death as in the moment life stops? i guess .. that really depends on how you define life and how you define death, doesn't it?
a question like this is so based in personal beliefs, religious and philosophical, that you're apt to get either a wide ranging set of answers or none at all.
some of us are still figuring out for ourselves what we believe. *shrug*
For me.. death is (intellectually) simply the moment when all life functions cease - the body and brain cease to function, or (emotionally) the point at which the pain and stress, pressure and unbearable tension of this which we call life, stops.
What happens afterwards? i could not begin to tell you. i wish i had an answer which would satisfy your need to know, a need which i hold as well.. unfortunately the only ones who truly know are no longer in a position to tell us.
