Marvin is bent on destroying the world (But that doesn't mean he's a wolf ). He's got a disingrating gun and a dog too, even a daughter i think, but i could be wrong. I doubt there are any Marvin Experts here who will correct me. Still even with all of his red planet technology, Bugs always stops him somehow.
