Deadly Nightshade Posted February 21, 2003 Report Share Posted February 21, 2003 (edited) Sitting in my room I began to think A green apple resting in my palm The sweet smell of an apple pie cooking tickling my noise I wonder what its like to be an Apple Sitting on the tree all day never knowing if your going to be picked or not Then one day greedy hands pluck you from your branch It must be scary The apple must know its fate... To be consumed I wonder what its like to know that your going to be eaten I shudder at the thought Gazing to my apple I wonder a bit more...
