  1. Words

All she wants are my words,

She asks for nothing but those words I whisper through parted lips.

    Indeed I’m indebted to her,

    And the tab is high

All she wants or needs of me are my words

Those solitary syllables strung together to form thoughts

    Held aloft with my voice,

Carried through the air by the wind.

I’m her servant her slave it would seem

A loyal loving subject of her whims.

Her name strays in and out of thought,

    Lingers for long moments,

    Then dissipates like fog.

Her face and the shape of her legs.

The long lines of her slender neck,

Meeting the edge of her smile.

    Stays longer and dwells deep.

All she wants and ever will need are my words.

Whispered & cared for, held delicately in her hands.

Those delicate parts of my soul,

given in earnest for the purpose of her joy.

In the end all I have are those words,

    and those words are me.

Forming the core of my being.

    That I give to her.

(give me some input guys this is due tomorrow so any ideas on improvement let me know. Thanks)

  2. A Return From.

I’ve been walking for some time now,

Exploring that void that cold empty place.

    I…

Find that discovery is oft made,

    Alone in your own cave.

    Watching shadow puppets play.

That we push out and scream no more,

When we realize it’s all a sham.

Just some lie shoved down our throats.

And maybe this isn’t a poem so much as a confession.

    Of my errant sinning,

    Of my blatant disregard.

Of structures put in place long before I graced this stage.

No, no I’ve stood up and have asserted my place.

There is confrontation and a hard line drawn.

No arrogance or deception envy or hate.

    This is the drum roll,

    A cadence sung by,

A fastidious multitude of revolutionary anarchist.

The line is drawn freedom or death.

    Freedom of the grave?

Either way either way we’re F@#ked.

    Years thus have passed.

    With me lost in thought

Passively watching my brothers get beaten dragged jailed and forgot.

Standing on the shore as America drowns in oil and blood.

I’m at a lost as to what to do.

    Seems bleak I know.

    But something must be done.

Perhaps I should put down the pen and pick up the sword.

  3. weary

So it would seem I'm back.

    A tad bit older.

    some what wiser.

    but time has forgotten me,

passed me over like so many things.

the stones that once bore my name are smooth.

and my kinsmen are long since dead.

    but I am here.

looking with tiered eyes at a world I was once a part of.

wondering if there is still a place .

    for this worn old poet.

  4. ALC na Nala

    I stood there,

    Silent and still.

    He swooped in and kissed.

    That should have been me,

    Could have been.

Alas a different hand I was dealt..

I plaster a smile on my face.

    It’s all I can do.

As I scramble for a lame excuse to leave.

    I stumble through the halls,

    Pure disbelief.

    My mind is numb,

    I don’t know why.

    But I wanted to cry.

I told my self it was just the photo chems,

But I know it’s all just a lie.

On my way home I stare at the blank sky,

    Snow drifts I pass by.

    A lonely tear ,

    Streaming down my face.

It’s just the chemicals making me cry,

    I softly chuckle to myself.

  5. It, feels some times,

Like my screams are never heard.

    That I’m drowning inside myself.

    Struggling to breath,

    Clawing for air.

No one's coming to my rescue.

They stand and laugh at my pain.

    Like I’m worthless.

    And meant to be discarded,

    Burned.

    Then forgotten.

  6. Like the time of the Greek gods,

    All comes to an end.

    We come and go.

    Laugh and play,

    And life slips by.

We bid farewell to one of those,

    A noble writer,

    An honored soul.

But in time perhaps they may return.

To say hello to the old pen.

    cya around. B)

  7. Do you know?

    Do you know?

    The Cause of your punishment?

Do you understand why you stand here?

    Bound and shackled.

    Naked and cold.

    Every step you take,

    Leads you to the gallows.

    From the first you took,

    So many years before.

    Every breath you take,

    Your second to last.

The feeling the rush of your ending days,

    Flash before your eyes.

The very soul of the world

    Displayed before the horde.

Only too be consumed and torn.

  8. Dancing on my ceiling

    Dancing on my ceiling

The lights of a thousand lives.

The echo of a thousand heart beats

The story of a lost people.

    Told by old wise men.

    To preserve a lost world

    A lost time.

    Flying

    And dancing

    Preying.

    Laughing.

    Smiling all day

    Tasting what the world is

    Feeling what it could be.

    Lamenting our woes.

    But not for long

It’s a better day then you think.

    The shadows dance,

    Prance across my ceiling

    Bringing merry joy and cheer.

Laughing so hard the milk squirts out.

Fun fun day and even more fun nights.

  9. I'm all about having fun these days. You come to a point in life where you wake up and realize hey the game ends someday. and bam your having all the fun you can. Unitl you realize that one day your going to die, you are nothing.....tyler durden/fightclub. its all fun. and ya its a song im writing, it still needs some work and thanks again for the input.

  10. Swimery

Swim like a fish you just might get away.

Swim like a dog and you’ll be caught

Fly like a bird and soar

Fly like a kite and circle in never-ending.

Live like a man and suffer his woe,

Live as a beast and enjoy the world.

    Although maybe a fish

    Would fetch a tasty dish.

And the bird forever is drifting on the winds, aimless and free.

The beast subject to the harsh world it so much enjoys.

    What ever your path,

    Have a blast.

  11. Everyday better then the last

Every day is better then the last,

Don’t you think? Don’t you think?

    Simply cuz we're still alive.

So take my hand, and dance with me in the meadow of life.

    It's a happy day,

    For fun n’ play.

    O yea,

    Tis a happy day.

No ones sad no ones down

    Just a joyful time

    Spinning round.

Feeling the sun warm your back.

Fresh cool water on your face.

    Dew drops on your lips.

    Kisses on your hips.

    Tracing circles on your cheeks.

Every day is better then the last

Don’t you think? Don’t you think?

    Carefree days full of awe

    Days never-ending,

    Day’s forever young.

    Living in perpetually green spring,

    And forever-fluffy snow.

Days like years and years like eons,

    Living eternally

    In dusty woods.

Every day is better then the last

Don’t you think? Don’t you think?

Better then crying about days past

Better then weeping about those to come.

Better the failing based on them.

    Better then dieing for them.

Every day is better then the last

Don’t you think? Don’t you think?

  12. Skipping stones

    So long,

    Time well spent

    A lost lovers kiss.

    Flying far and farther,

    Away but to where?

    Stop before you burn,

    In the moonlight.

    Looking for pixies

    God on a lotus petal

    Allah in a hat.

    Ja in a basket

    Chasing the myths

    The fading beliefs

    Cray loco mothers

    Feeding spoiled breast milk.

    Feared and loathed

    Inner city kids

Lynch mobs chasing a lone white boy.

    Faster then anything ever seen.

So fast it cant be perceived.

    Flaming lips,

    Burning Di*ks

    Unclean love.

    The drugs are pure,

    But not enough.

    Burning holes in the brain

    Eating away at the pain

    Creating its own void

    In its wake.

    Backseats,

    Shower stalls

    Bedroom floors

    Kitchen sinks.

    Sweaty palms,

    Dirty thoughts.

    Women wearing to little,

    Men staring to much.

    First kisses,

    Wet naps.

    Day dreaming,

    On a frying pan.

    Spin the bottle,

    See who dies next.

    A little to extreme.

    A little to chilled.

    So long,

    A waste of good time.

  13. Thanks! Those are like some of my favorite, ones also. Meditaion on time is about how I have come to terms with the world around me in more then one way. At the same time that every thing changes nothing is changing. Change is the only constant so there for change is redundat, as a word. um something like that. im of to bed. busy day busy busy. O look at the time.

  14. Far Gone Love

    I can’t look at you,

    those eyes

    and those lips.

Your body brings madness to my eyes

    your thought destroy me.

    I can’t feel

    your skin

    or your face.

my fingers don’t find your body.

    I fall apart without you.

    To caress your face

to feel the beat of your heart in your chest .

I need you here with me.

    Why then have you gone

My days are with out a sun

and my night without stars or moon.

    This world truly is cruel

    and you so like it.

    Come back my dove.

    Fly back to me.

    my heart bleeds,

    as you leave.

Reason is now lost to a loveless fool

O woe is there no way for your return

then so like wise no reason do I live

    the blade is swift,

    It’s verdict quick.

Return to me before the world losses all reason in my eyes.

One quick thrust should be enough.

    to end it all.

Maybe your better of with out me.

    I’ve been alone before.

  15. The world slips away

    Watch me die

    Won’t you

    Just this night

    I’m entering a hopeless situation

    Be with one last time,

    Before I slip away

    Before I fade away

The lines of time converge on this single point’

So that you and I can be together for one last night

Before the cold night consumes me forever,

Stay and watch me slip away

Hold my dying body closes before it fades

Look into my eyes like a caring mother

    Hold me tighter then life

Let this be my final fantasy.

Already I feel the cold bite of eternity at my heels

Already I sense a void come over me,

    Nothing left to do.

    But let go.

  16. Breath

    Breath come on Breath dammit,

    Don't do this to me,

    Not now please no.

    We still got ta go.

    Nothing is done

    Nothing attal.

    Please come on open up

    Let the air in.

Thats all you have to bloody do.

    God what do I do?

    I promise I'll stay

    I'll even take the blame,

I wont tell any one about last night.

I wont tell any one about the pills

Let me see those big blue eyes.

Let me feel traped beneath the waves

If I knew you'd go this far

I would have never said goodbye

I would have held you close.

Please all you had to do was breath.

All I needed was to hear your heart

    Feel your pulse

    Not your cold blue lips.

  17. Moribund

    There He stood,

    On edge of glass,

    Staring out at the beginning

    And the ending

    Time had worn him down,

    The beats slow and steady,

    His summer winds slowing

    To lazy autumn breezes

The arch of his life waning

The notes of his requiem echoing in his mind.

Will he spilled them onto page.

    The pacing calm and cool.

Not rushed and hurried as in his youth.

His hands after years of flight

    Gracefully danced across the keys

    He struck

    His requiem mass in tune

Seeing if it might resonate with any atoned

    Mussels grow tense

    Eyes focused

His fingers stretch out and he plays,

The last piece of his days.

He stood on the edge of glass,

    Looking back,

Hearing the melody of the years

    Fade.

  18. Children Of a lost time

    One step

    Two step

    Through scared halls we run,

Playing, spinning around the statues of Gods,

    Laughing, Screaming with joy.

The children of a lost time.

The pictures now faded and forgotten

The black and whites turned to a dingy brown,

Our laughter and smiles forever imprinted onto our faces.

The laugh lines and creases our badges of youth,

Even as old men we still can remember words spoken to us by,

Nymphs and elves hidden in woods deep and old.

Or of the fairies that took us to far away dream lands.

Around the pillars of the Gods we danced

Gaily laughing at their fading will.

    Giving up immortality like fools

    But all for the game.

    If we where kind

Divinity would step down and dance with us in the wood,

    Drinking mead

    Wild and free where we,

Not so weighed down by time.

The Gods where fading and we there children bound to die some day.

    But all in fun,

    We had our time.

Never where we tired of game

    Living life to a fullest

    As free sprits

    Our job was due

    To exude mirth and youth.

With the setting sun we must go,

And wait for another time to come out and play,

We the children of a lost time.

  19. Untitled

    Tonight the moonshines on you

Alone on a pedestal you wait

For life to sweep you up

    And take you away

Your a single breath from being swept away

    Hold on tight

    You can’t run away

Grab it by the horns don’t wait

Just jump in its always your turn.
