Appy Posted August 22, 2003 Report Share Posted August 22, 2003 These were all created by my husband, RedBaron... he's begged ME to post them *giggle* shyness can be so cute Last one is for/about me btw ~The Dreams you Dread~ (Stages of Terror) I am the Dark, I move in corners of your eye My intentions are cruel, evil, you fail to guess why I am the Unknown, you hear me crawl you hear me creep Hiding, rushing, tracking, hunting you down I know your weakest spot, I know how to hit you deep You cannot run you cannot hide, you are alone I am the beast, the fangs, the claws I follow your scent, your blood without remorse You think you grew strong, you grew stable, and maybe wise Listening to reason, sense, the voice of your mind You think you can escape, wake up, avoiding my kind You listen my child, my prey for I will tell my disguise You trust Im not real, a ghost, for killing in dreams I merciless strife? My innocent child, prepare for the terror, prepare for my name My victim, my prey, I feast on fear, can you stay sane? Horrified screams, echoing, death glorified White turning black, blinded, torture amplified Frightening turn of fate, destiny, before the last is gone. Final battle, ending relief, falling, a single tear Crystalizing, changing to ice, symbol of fear Brutal impact, splintering, painting bloody lines A million fragments, soaring, nevermore it shines Endless silence, crimson running slow, drying, turning brown Cold reality, surrendered soul, total submission, new kind of darkness being born. Insane laughter, carried by the wind forever on... ------------------------------------------- ~Blackest Beauty~ (From the Ashes) Blackened soil, wasteland, burning sky Crippled structures, remembrance, piling high Former glory laid to utter waste Canine aggression, hatred, ending what remained Winged terror, fear, fracturing souls enchained Feeding frenzy, bittersweet in taste Eternal nightmare, unreal, turning colors grey Virulent corruption spreading, Wildfire without control Life obliterated, hope, light, being equal prey Nature mortified, raped, abused, forced to crawl Single rose, threatening, blackest beauty Poisonous thorns, testament, forgotten fury Whispering, tearing through all defense Dreadful closeness, trusting, painful embrace Pictures shifting, growing, unearthly pace Blood flowing, sharing, creating sense Single rose, defiance, colored, resisting cold Unfolding leaves, shielding, proud and bold Strange bond, spirit awaken, by instinct protecting Peaceful closeness, knowing, accepting fate Pictures standing, timeless, almost to late Blood flowing, sharing, a thousandfold connecting From the Ashes, radiance, inner balance in perfection From the Ashes, bonded, dual anger, fury, pure aggression Until after forever, without mercy, without hesitation... My favourite was the first one as I often find myself thinking along those lines when I am trying to write, even if I am trying to write 'cutesy', those darker lines try to invade.
