Twelve Days of a Wolf-Christmas

Thanks. The moose (meese? *grins*) and the trees were Canid's ideas and the rocks my own.

Anyway, onto the next verse! (Yay, there's a fan out there! ^_^)

On the eighth day of Christmas, my wolf-friend gave to me:

eight abnormal spirits

seven trees with faces

six moose stampeding

five insane yet happy grins

four mossy boulders (yet so comfy!)

three purple fuzzies fuzzing

two wolves a-bouncing

and a phoenix in an oak tree!

Vlad- I know, but I like the idea of 'Meese' running around. *grins*

Falcon- close, but not quite.

On the tenth day of Christmas, my wolf-friend gave to me:

Ten dragons hiding,

Nine kettles brewing,

eight abnormal spirits,

seven trees with faces,

six moose stampeding,

five insane yet happy grins,

four mossy boulders (yet so comfy!),

three purple fuzzies fuzzing,

two wolves a-bouncing,

and a phoenix in an oak tree!

Canid does her best to calm Kokuryuu.

"The hiding dragons were in referance to one of my characters. Minyex was a green dragon who had a horrific experience shortly before coming into Canid's possesion, the result of it was that he is the most cowardly dragon you'll ever meet. I'll introduce you someday."

On the eleventh day of Christmas, my wolf-friend gave to me:

Eleven buried gators,

Ten dragons hiding,

Nine kettles brewing,

eight abnormal spirits,

seven trees with faces,

six moose stampeding,

five insane yet happy grins,

four mossy boulders (yet so comfy!),

three purple fuzzies fuzzing,

two wolves a-bouncing,

and a phoenix in an oak tree!

Finally, this reaches it's end. I hope you've enjoyed the verses.

On the twelfth day of Christmas, my wolf-friend gave to me:

Twelve monstrous vines,

Eleven buried gators,

Ten dragons hiding,

Nine kettles brewing,

eight abnormal spirits,

seven trees with faces,

six moose stampeding,

five insane yet happy grins,

four mossy boulders (yet so comfy!),

three purple fuzzies fuzzing,

two wolves a-bouncing,

and a phoenix in an oak tree!

The wolf lets out a burst of dragon call with the name Minyex specified and waits.

After a half a minute a very young, quite thin dragon apears overhead. Upon seeing Kokuryuu in dragon form it lets out a frightened wail and crashes into a near-by building in an attempt to escape flying while watching the other dragon.

Canid moves swiftly over and calms the young green dragon in draconic speech laced with heavy magic.

She trots back to the little group, trailed by Minyex who is swerving violently from side to side, trying to keep out of sight of the other dragon.
