Wyvern Posted August 14, 2008 Report Share Posted August 14, 2008 As I noted to you before, this is a neat little poem Patrick. :-) It's cool to see some poetry inspired by the recent European pennite US trips, and the photo of the New York BBQ fire that you took compliments the poem nicely. I like the happy and almost romantic tone of this poem, which is prominent to me despite the "Burning lives away" line ringing a slightly different note.
