  1. Sardin notes the complete lack of impact on the Mythril armour as Vincent begins his spell. Although intrigued by the strange ball of energy, he has the presence of mind to back away. Just as the ball shoots forward in a beam of anti-matter, Sardin dives backward. The beam skims him, eating entirely through the leather armour on his chest and carving a shallow divot up his chest. As Sardin hits the sand, he thrusts both his arms out at Vincent. From both sides of Sardin, sand flares up toward Vincent. Sardin scrambles to his feet and takes up his swords again to prepare for Vincent's counter-strike.
  2. Sardin stood still for a moment, staring back at the Seraph. Neither spoke, they simply watched one another. From behind his goggles, Sardin took note of the Seraph's armor, his wings, his blade, the way he stood. Then he removed two thick, curved blades from his belt and took a ready position, his left side foreward. He stood still another moment, then sprung into action, feinting a blow with his right sword, then spinning to Vincent's side. Fluidly continuing the motion, Sardin directed both blades toward Vincent's chest and stomach.
  3. No, you shouldn't have to apply again. Once a Pen member, always a Pen member.
  4. ooc: Hmm...no one posts for over a week. This needs to be turned around or the story will end before it's fairly begun... ic: The bandit riders make it within the partial circle of wagons and begin attacking the merchant's guards from both sides. Closely behind them though, is Usagi. In a flurry of blades, two of the bandits fall to the turf. The others quickly take notice and attempt to flank the rabbit-warrior. However, this proves to be difficult. Daryl rushes into the wagon circle and jumps the nearest bandit, taking him off his horse. Naturally, the bandit doesn't last long. Between the two ferral warriors and the merchant's guards, the bandits seem to have bitten off more than they can chew. Outside the circle, the others are fighting the hidden archers in the trees. Kasmandre is wildly dodging arrows while Sheemie fires into the trees with considerably greater accuracy than Kasmandre had. Griever uses his magic to reveal the positions of many of the archers and kills them with little effort. Katzaniel transforms into a cheetah and takes to the trees, elimanating her fair share of bandits. And John? John hides under a wagon.
  5. Vlad, I don't think you need to worry about the spelling of "bribeful" as it's not actually a word. Although, I will find it useful... Other than that, perfect description.
  6. I'm a page and I had 124 posts... Hmm... I get a title too, eh? I think I'll take "Terran Archmage" for the time being. Graci!
