Leif The Bunny

 

~History~

 

Leif grew up in service to the kingdom as a squire. After being granted knighthood, he served King Wencelas until the King's death, at which time he left the service of the family. He wandered for several years before settling down with his one true love. After she died, a piece of him died as well, and he remained a fixed member of the village trying to blend in as a typical villager.

 

~Personality~

 

Leif is a quiet person. He can be trusting at times. His loyalty to friends is very high and once he makes friends, will stand by them. Though no longer a knight, he still follows the Chivalric code to some extent, even though he no longer serves a lord.

 

Leif also doesn't like to talk about his deeds too often, and when he does, he tries to downplay their importance.

 

~Items~

 

Leif carries a dagger, Ytterian Spite, and a longsword, Jorgen's Blade. Both are superior items which he inherited from his father and have been in the family for 4 generations.

 

Leif's platemail is blackened steel with bluish copper trim.

 

~Abilities~

 

Leif is quite skilled in the sword as well as dealing with horses. He can speak King's Common as well as Lagomorph Common. He has some skill in diplomacy and heraldry. His brewing and wine making skills are quite good and is known to be a decent cook. Leif is also capable of tracking, but is not extremely skilled in it.

 

~Physical Description~

 

Leif is a humanoid rabbit that stands 5'10", 6'11" including the ears. His fur is a bluish grey. All four paws have white fur and there are several spots on his body that also have white patches (including his stomach).

 

From an injury during his brief stint as a knight, Leif has a scar on his right shoulder.

 

His normal clothing is standard garb for commoners. He wears loose fitting tunics and pants as well as hiking boots. When he knows there is going to be need for them, he has a weapons belt with a sword and dagger. In very rare circumstances, he has a suit of platemail, but this is reserved for very rare occasions.

 

~Other~

 

Leif owns and operates the Ogre's Breath Tavern. He is the primary brewer at the tavern.

 

He is close friends with Artak, an ogre, whom Leif's tavern is named for. Artak provided the wood for Leif to build the tavern. Leif later was instrumental in making Artak a Sheriff.

 

He is friends with two kobolds, K'tek and Ur'dun, who are master chefs working for the tavern.
